Job Description:

• Functions as a technical expert/advisor on initiatives with high level of complexity. Responsible for the analysis, design and implementation of advance, adaptive content architecture for e-learning products across multiple platforms and users interfaces.
• Leads design and coding reviews and re-engineers architecture to allow for flexibility, stability and scalability as required. Identifies and develops tools to automate work processes and realize internal efficiencies.
• Serves as a Specialist/Project Manager to lead complex content engineering projects. Establish project objectives through the discovery, planning, design, acceptance and review/revision phases. Uses business and technical understanding to resolve priority issues between projects within the team.
• Recommends, communicates, and implements solutions for internal operations, client facing services and new technologies. Interacts with both external clients and internal resources to facilitate technology related discussions and define business needs. Translates business needs into optimal technical requirements and draft solutions. Leads research and development initiatives by researching new technologies.

Candidate Profile:

Qualification:

• B.E. (Computer Science) / MCA. Certification in MS Technologies and Macromedia preferred.

Experience:

• 5 or more years of relevant experience in content technology, Flash, ASP.NET.
• Expert in web technologies not limited to:
  a. ActionScript 2.0, Advanced HTML, Advanced JavaScript, CSS, XML, Advanced Flash, Advanced JSP, Dreamweaver.
