Minimum Requirements: 

Experience:

• Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience
• Candidates with experience in e-learning industry as SME and / or teaching experience in reputed college will be preferred

Education: MBA / M. Phil. / Ph. D. in Management specializing in Marketing/HRM & Organisational Behaviour/Economics/Statistics

Skills:  Should have experience in using the following software:

• MS Word, Excel and MS PowerPoint/MS Visio/Mind Mapping/Web search

• Assessment Advisory and Evaluator    
• Mentoring students to write effective assignments and Assessment of assignment
• Development of Question Papers for Examination based assessment

Position: Math Subject Matter Experts (SMG-01) 3 nos.

Qualification:

• The minimum requirement is that the candidate should be a B. Sc. in Mathematics or Statistics or such relevant degree. An M.Sc. in Mathematics or Statistics would be preferred. Preference will be given to candidates with strong knowledge of calculus, statistics, and trigonometry.

Skills Required:

• Thorough knowledge of basic programming languages like C
• Good communication skills, especially written English
• Be familiar with both US and UK writing styles

Experience:

• We are looking for candidates with varied experience ranging from 2 – 8 years. Candidates with a teaching background will be preferred. Experience of math authoring tools like Maple, Mathematica, and Diploma will also be preferable.

Senior Learning Consultant (SME on Microsoft Technologies) - Pune - Symantec

The learning programs focus on product internals and provide a clear insight into the highly complex world of enterprise product troubleshooting.

Job Description

• Provide in-depth technical inputs on Microsoft products like Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Work hands-on with Symantec products to gain in-depth understanding of the products, and specifically, how the products integrate or work with Microsoft products. This includes installing and configuring Windows domains and deploying Symantec products across multiple domains.
• Create troubleshooting labs for ILT courses. This involves writing scripts (in Perl, VBScript, etc) to simulate failures in Symantec products. Students are then asked to resolve these simulated issues in class.
• Work with fellow learning consultants develop and verify relevant content for both e-learning and ILT courseware.

Must-have Skills

• Superlative aptitude for understanding technology and technical details and exceptional skills in understanding Microsoft Windows Server and related technologies (including setting up Windows domains and networks).

Desired Skills

• Instructional design fundamentals and good writing skills.
