Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

Experience:

• Overall Experience of 2-3 Years, atleast one year in CMM\CMMi
• Experience of Audit

Skills Required:

• CSQA Cerified
• CMM\CMMi, Auditing skills, Data analysis is a must,
• Strong communication (written and oral) with good interpersonal skills,
• Self-motivated, assertive, statistical knowledge

Responsibilities:

• Guide\Train teams in understanding CMMi
• Guide\Train teams in understanding the QMS
• Facilitate Project Managers to define\tailor processes for their project.
• Audit Project Managers for process compliance
• Track non-compliances to closure
• Timely and accurate reporting
• Timely escalations
• Attend kick-offs and team meetings
• Suggest process improvements
• Collect and Analyse data
• Share analysis with project teams
• Assist Project Managers to conduct root cause analysis
• Perform gap analysis against the CMMi model
• Identify and share best practices
• Foresee project risks
• Conduct work-product reviews whenever feasible
