Instructional Designer - New Delhi / Mumbai - NIIT

Location: Delhi and Mumbai

Job Description:

• Analyze client requirements and create design document based on client requirements
• Communicate  with client for content/design specific deliverables
• Set standards for writing, reviewing, quality and productivity for the project
• Write and review script/story board/content
• Evaluate performance, competencies, training needs  for project and practice teams and provide objective and actionable feedback
• Ensure people satisfaction – communicate with team, recognize and acknowledge stars, ensure team-building

Job Profile:

• Post graduate with 6-12 years of experience in writing and instructional design.
• Prior experience in ID and elearning is mandatory.
• The incumbent should have independently managed projects, team and customers.
• Also, should have strong analytical and conceptual skills with good understanding of information technology.
• Experience of having worked in international location will certainly be an advantage.

• Visualize and create media elements
• Ensure Comprehensive designs
• Developing/ Producing/ Creating Graphics
• Setup - records, strike-out and post production - audio, video, still
• Understand customer requirements/profile from requirements/design document
• Understands project requirements/deliverables

Job Profile:

• Graduate/BFA/MFA with 2-6 years experience in visual media.
• Incumbent should have strong experience of working with software like Photoshop, Flash and Corel.
• Knowledge of action scripting will be an advantage.
