Job Description -
- Analyze training requirements and learner profile.
- Perform task and/or content analysis.
- Define learning objectives and develop the course structure.
- Design instructional and assessment strategies and create prototypes to demonstrate the strategies.
- Document instructional design-related specifications and guidelines.
- Provide inputs for designing the user interface and layout templates for online training.
- Write structured content material in a style that is audience-appropriate and adheres to the project style guide.
- Conceptualize and facilitate the production of multimedia assets, including static graphics, illustrations, animations, simulations, audio narrations, and video.
- Perform quality assurance reviews.
- Provide inputs for testing and address feedback from tests.
- Communicate with customer counterparts.
- Provide on-the-job training to Instructional Writers and review their work.
- The candidates will be expected to independently drive the design of small-scale, stand-alone, or generally less complex projects.
- They will also be responsible for reviewing deliverables developed by Instructional Writers and ensuring that the deliverables are completed to a high level of quality.
- They may play a contributing role in larger projects where multiple IDs and Instructional Writers are required. Within these projects, they will be responsible for design (such as one course within a curriculum), development, and review.
