As a Senior Flash designer. Lead, your responsibilities would include:

• Interacting with the clients
• Understanding clients requirements
• Leading a team of flash programmers/ designers on a project
• Ensuring timely delivery of the project
• Technical QA/QC

Desired Profile

An ideal candidate would have strong communication skills and ability to lead a team along with 3+ years experience in using Flash as a design tool for developing e-learning courseware. The candidate would have to be proficient in:

• Flash MX
• Minimal knowledge of action scripting would be an added advantage
• Knowledge of SCORM/AICC and accessibility would be an added advantage
