• 10-15 years experience in product development  - Content Development
• Skill set - design, storyboarding, graphics, technology integration
• Exposure to education / eLearning industry
• Strong Project Management Skill
• Exposure to Product Development life cycle
• Technological sound on Microsoft technology
• Exposure of working in content development / e-learning environment will be a plus.
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Deep understanding of/exposure to On-site Off-shore delivery methodology
• Should be able to lead a team of 200+ team
• Excellent knowledge of e-learning technology

Responsibilities:

• Head integrated product development operations
• Provide Content Development/ Application Development
• Provide leadership and direction for process management
• Lead project reviews, train and cross train team members, coordinate development functional specs and implement plans for application development projects
• Manage Product Development and deliver on time with quality
• Management Vendor Development
• International client interfacing
• Manage Outsourcing
• Skill set - design, storyboarding, graphics, technology integration
