Profile: Business Analyst/Senior Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will:

• Work closely with Account Managers in converting opportunities
• Help the account managers in pitching our services and solutions
• Work with the team in conceptualization the best solution for a client’s requirement or an RFP
• Spearhead the estimation process
• Draft a winning proposal
• Present the solution to the client and ensure conversion
• Keep yourself up-to-date with all that’s changing in the industry
• Take ownership of multiple accounts

To qualify for the position, your profile should be somewhat similar to the following:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a Master’s degree in Business or equivalent
• Specialized or have experience in working on IT solutions or projects
• A minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in working with eLearning companies or Publishing or Publishing Services companies
• Excellent communication skills and impressive presentation skills
• Conversant in Business tools like Microsoft Office
• Conversant with SDLCs, Microsoft Project

In addition to this:

• You should have a valid passport
• You should be willing to take up international travel
