Currently we are looking for professionals in the following positions.

Qualification: MCA, MCS, BE, MCM
No of open positions: 1

The candidate should have experience in the following:

• Client Requirement Analysis for technical design
• GUI coding for CBT and WBT
• Designing and using templates
• Programming for various eLearning standards like AICC, SCORM, 508, W3C

Hands on experience in integration and testing with different LMS, Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for:

• the work quality and performance of the Programming team
• Be responsible for the professional development, training, recruitment and overall performance and quality of the Programming team
• Be able to interface with cross functional teams
• Be able to work on Proposals and solutions with Account Managers and/or Marketing team and/or clients

• Have more than 5 years experience in a similar role
• Have knowledge of emerging technologies
• Demonstrate effective speaking, writing and presentation skills
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
