Candidate Profile:
The candidate should:

1. Have at least 3 years experience in designing for eLearning projects using
   
   • Flash (Advance)
   • Photoshop (Intermediate/Advance)
   • SoundForge (Intermediate)
   • HTML (Intermediate)
   • XML (Basic)
2. Have experience in GUI design
3. Have excellent visualization skills
4. Have experience in leading Graphics teams of 4 to 10 people
