Minimum Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience
- Candidates with experience in e-learning industry as SME and / or teaching experience in reputed college will be preferred
Education: MBA / M. Phil. / Ph. D. in Management specializing in Marketing/HRM & Organisational Behaviour/Economics/Statistics
Skills: Should have experience in using the following software:
- MS Word, Excel and MS PowerPoint/MS Visio/Mind Mapping/Web search
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment Advisory and Evaluator
- Mentoring students to write effective assignments and Assessment of assignment
- Development of Question Papers for Examination based assessment
- Validating Question Papers from the awarding bodies
- Evaluation of answer papers
Subject Matter Expert
- Content Creation
- Content Enrichment
- Course structure design & courseware development
Review
- Reviewing the work done by team members
- Getting the own work reviewed
- Ensuring the strict adherence to the standards
