We offer a wide range of products in the e-learning domain including off-the shelf and customized e-learning courses, training videos, course building application software, a training management system and a learning management system.

Job Title: Multimedia Programmer
Location: Pune, India

Minimum Requirements:
Experience:

• 2 - 4 years of e-learning experience.
• Candidate should have knowledge on Flash action script 1/2, XML, HTML, Java scripting, OOPs concepts. Knowledge of Flex, C, C++, ASP lingo, director would be an added advantage

Education:

• Candidate should BE (Computers), MCM, MCS OR MCA

Knowledge:

• Candidate should have good oral and written English communication skills and also strong analytical and logical skills
• Must have sound knowledge of visual and interface design for e-Learning courses material.
• Must have good conceptualization skills

Skills:
Should have experience in using the following software:

• Flash action script 1/2,
• XML, HTML
• Java scripting,
• OOPs concepts
• Knowledge of Flex, C, C++, ASP lingo, director would be an added advantage
• Dream weaver (Added advantage)

Key Responsibilities:

• Programmer is responsible for carrying out the programming activities of a project.
• Understanding Project requirements completely
• Completion of programming task allocated by Technical lead with desired quality output
• Develop and test the code
• Following Best Practices
• Ensuring deliveries within time
• Responsible for proper and smooth functioning of any process.
• Communication with Technical Lead on daily updates of projects
