Visual Designers - Mysore - Catalyst Consulting

Catalyst Consulting is a reputed firm, run by senior IIM alumni, providing corporate training in Finance. We are now setting up Finitiatives Learning India P. Ltd, a company providing training and certification across the Banking & Financial Services (BFS) domain. The training will be via e-learning. We therefore need some Visual Designers on the e-learning development team.  

As this is a start-up, the role allows you to unleash your creativity to the maximum. You will be given a free hand with the visual designs and will be responsible to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.  

The position is based out of Mysore.

Experience/Skill: ~

• 2 yrs as a Visual/ Graphic Designer with preferably some experience in e-learning content development

Key Skills:

• e-Learning Design (preferable)/Flash-Web Designing – Define layout and create searchable web-pages; UI Design, Graphic Designing, Visualizing Graphic Design – Stylising and Animations to design interactive modules

IT Skill Set:

• Should be proficient in content development tools like Flash; Should have worked with Graphic Design tools like Corel Draw, Illustrator, Photoshop etc; Should be conversant with Web-Designing Tools like HTML/ PHP/ DHTML/ Dreamweaver etc
• Should be a Team Player
