Catalyst Consulting is a reputed firm, run by senior IIM alumni, providing corporate training in Finance. We are now setting up Finitiatives Learning India P. Ltd, a company providing training and certification across the Banking & Financial Services (BFS) domain. The training will be via e-learning. We therefore need an Instructional Designer to head the e-learning development team. S/he must have excellent story-boarding skills.
As this is a start-up, s/he will have freedom to manage the project and work with the entire technology infrastructure (hardware and software) of the company as well; the role comes with exciting freedom and leadership responsibilities.
The position is based out of Mysore.
Experience/Skill: ~
- 3-5 yrs as an Instructional Designer with at least one large project delivery in the Banking & Finance sector
- Excellent verbal & written communication
- Experience in course design or curriculum design
- Good knowledge of e-Learning methodology, Instructional Design theories, models and application
- Good knowledge of authoring, simulation and design tools
- Good Project Management skills
- Experience in managing teams.
- Setting direction, monitoring, developing and delivering Instructional Design solutions through ID teams as per customer requirements.
