Technical Lead / Project Lead (.NET technology): 6  positions

Qualification / Experience:

• BE (CS) or B.Sc  (CS) with at least 7 to 8 years related experience in IT;   preferably with experience on medium to large application development projects
• Minimum 5 + years experience with .NET application development, preferably in VB.NET with Visual Studio 2005
• Very strong understanding and minimum of 5 years experience with distributed (n-tier) object oriented development and application architecture, IIS, XML web services and/or remoting
• Strong programming experience in .NET framework in ASP.NET, XML, and Web services
• Extensive experience with SQL Server, specifically with data modeling and creating stored procedures, replication and reporting

Job Requisites:

• Code, test and troubleshoot programs utilizing the appropriate hardware, database, and programming technology
• Provide active guidance in implementing advanced programming techniques in .NET to team members
• Test and develop programming modifications
• Write new program code using prescribed specifications
• Evaluate simple interrelationships between programs such as whether a contemplated change in one part of a program would cause unwanted results in a related part
• Analyze performance of programs and take action to correct deficiencies based on consultation with users and approval of architects
• Interact with Prod Mgrs and gain understanding of needed changes or modifications of existing programs. Resolve questions of program intent, data input, output requirements, and inclusion of internal checks and controls
• Write and maintain programming documentation
• Ability to follow standards for documenting coding and maintenance reference guides and maintain application documentation
• Strong understanding of the networks
• Good understanding  and experience in Using UML
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
