Job Title: Senior Instructional Designer
Location: Pune
Minimum Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of e-learning experience, with 1 year experience as a Senior ID. We are looking at candidates with an exceptional attention to detail and quality control of work, and experienced in:
- Creating course strategies, guidelines and specification documents
- Designing, writing and reviewing ILTs, CBTs and WBTs
- Analysing and implementing feedback at various stages of product development
- Project co-ordination and team management – estimation, planning etc.
- Interacting with cross-functional project teams
Education:
- Graduate/Post Graduate (any subject), preferably in English, Journalism or Mass Communication.
- Diploma in computer applications (GNIIT)/Instructional Design will be an added advantage
