Product Manager (Foreigner) - Pune - Knowledge Horizon

We offer a wide range of products in the e-learning domain including off-the shelf and customized e-learning courses, training videos, course building application software, a training management system and a learning management system.

Job Title: Product Manager (Foreigner)
Location: Pune

Minimum Requirements: Must be a foreign national residing in India
Experience: Has experience in e-Learning, education, IT, ITES and/ or BPO sectors.
Education: Management Graduate/ Graduate  

Skills:

• Has excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
• Has developed effective analytical skills of prospecting, validating and churning database to explore prospective customers.
• Has experience in customer service and managing difficult or emotional customer situations
• Can maintain a computer database system of prospective and solicited customers.
• Can prepare reports on sales activities

Key Responsibilities:  

• Explore potential market through secondary research
• Call prospective customers in designated market area to qualify leads and communicate effectively type of service or product offered
• Establish and update a database of prospective and solicited customers.
• Establish and maintain a healthy customer relationship to guarantee repeat business
• Prepare reports on sales activities and meet sales targets.
