customized e-learning courses, training videos, course building
application software, a training management system and a learning

Job Title: Instructional Designer
Location: Pune
Minimum Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 6 months - 2 years of e-learning experience. We are looking at candidates who are experienced in:
- Creating course content structures WBTs, CBTs and ILTs
- Writing and editing content (knowledge of grammar and punctuation is essential)
- Designing and writing storyboards
- Visualizing for engaging and interactive content (should have a creative bent of mind)
- Working on guidelines and specifications documents
- Interaction with cross-functional project teams
Education:
- Graduate/Post Graduate (any subject), preferably in English or Journalism/Mass Communication
- Diploma in computer applications (GNIIT)/Instructional Design will be an added advantage
