Minimum Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Channel management
Education: MBA/MMS/PGDBM (Marketing) or equivalent education from a reputed business school.
Technical Competencies: MS Word, Excel and MS PowerPoint

Role and Responsibilities:
Developing and Managing Network Partners in India to ensure designated revenue targets are met
- (Network partner) Channel Management /Appointment decisions
- Monitoring and Analyzing Market trends and Potential for KH Products/Services
- Appointing effective Network partners
- Providing regional after-sales support and dissemination of product or technical information to the Network partners
- Improve the domestic presence by Liasoning effectively with local Network partners
- Relationship Management
Developing and Managing Distribution network in India to ensure designated revenue targets are met
- (Distributor) Channel Management /Appointment decisions
- Monitoring and Analyzing Market trends and Potential for KH Products/Services
- Providing regional after-sales support and dissemination of product or technical information to the Distributors
- Improve the domestic presence by Liasoning effectively with local Distributors
- Relationship Management
Correspond with the appointed channels/Network partners on all the technical or product related matters
- Soliciting feedback on marketing initiatives from Channels in order to improve campaigns and provide communications that are timely and relevant.
- Incorporate Channel feedback in Existing/New Products and Services
Channel Strategy Development
- Developing plans and setting goals /Targets
- Develop, modify and execute Channel Sales strategies that will positively affect sales goals.
- Implement new processes, policies and procedures for the department.
- Work with Channel Sales Representatives on developing account management plans.
- Build and strengthen relationships Channel partner organizations, interacting primarily with Management and Executive Level customers and prospects.
- Develop proposed budgets for approval and assure adherence once budget is approved.
- Review forecast/pipeline and other performance analyses and reports; create action plans based on results of analyses.
- Take responsibility for results, including costs, methods and staffing.
