Minimum Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in selling educational / software / E- learning products and services.
Education: MBA/MMS/PGDBM (Marketing) or equivalent education from a reputed business school.
Technical Competencies: MS Word, Excel and MS PowerPoint, Web search

Role and Responsibilities:
Generating Sales from new accounts
- Accomplishing the sales target set for oneself.
- Accomplishing sales targets set for the team
- Preparing a standard format for technical and commercial quotation sent to prospects
- Preparing a sales forecast for new business yearly & quarterly.
- Improve the domestic presence by networking with local partners
- To ensure recovery of the payment in time
Generating Sales from existing accounts
- Preparing forecast for repeat business
- Maximizing revenue through cross selling
- Generating referrals from the existing customers
- Monitoring the customer satisfaction in collaboration with the CRM, Manager
- Accomplishment of individual and team target as far as repeat business is concerned.
Sales force Management
- Preparing absolute man-power forecasts along with the HR.
- Interview and selection of sales person along with HRM
- Devising incentive plan in consultation to HR and the director
- Responsible for motivation and retention of performing talent in the department
- Sales, training and induction of New Recruits
Development of Sales Collateral
- Updating the collaterals as and when the product changes
- Maintaining a centralized database of marketing collaterals
- Preparation of sales collateral
- To be proactive in analyzing the competitors strategies and accounts
- To provide up-to date sale report to the director
- To devise sale strategies in collaboration with the head business development
- Collaborating with Mgr CRM / Mgr NPD / Mgr Marketing for various sales related CRM and Marketing activities
