UI Designer / Web Designer: 02 positions

Experience: 2 to 4 years

Job Description:

• Should be able to build user interface design concepts and prototypes
• Work closely with usability team members, product managers, development teams and other internal stakeholders to build storyboards, POC mockups,
• Must have hands on experience in dynamic web design
• Able to understand business cases (functionality) and manifest  to set of web pages that provides immersive rich user experience
• Extensive knowledge of usability methodologies / tools including user interface specifications, user centric design processes, coding practices for accessibility and data analysis
• Must be detail oriented with abilities to multi-task and effectively handle changing requirement and priorities
• Fluency with web standards and technologies, including CSS, HTML, Java script, PHP, JSP, XUL and XAML
• Strong web graphics production capability and practitioner using Photoshop, Flash, Visio and other mockup tools
• Strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering highly-polished web-based Prototypes under tight time constraints
• Significant experience and knowledge of web and web application development would be an asset
• Experience with Open Source Software is an added advantage
• Outstanding initiative and co-ordination skills including the ability of effectively partner across functional and remote teams
• Conceptualize and create intuitive, engaging and brand –consistent user interfaces
• Conduct ongoing research of web-based user interface development best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
