Manager, Business Operations –E-Learning  Content  - 1 Post  

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or higher.  Must have led large teams in professional content development responsibilities.  

Experience: 8 to 10 years experience in managing e-learning content development.   

Role:  
Experienced senior manager capable of and experience in building/expanding a professional   E-Learning content development business.   Must build a team and create second line professionals who understand the business and execute it efficiently.  Must have the ability to create efficient processes that ensure quality and productivity.  Ability to understand the needs and business drivers of the customers and support pre-sales effort to close the sales.  Excellent communication skills and experience in working with global customers.  

Requisites: 

• Working knowledge of content, instruction design, multimedia technologies, standards, and programming.
• Ability to guide team on how to document client specification and capture project goals, objectives, and scope.
• Experience in effort estimation, resources allocation, work instructions setting and communication management. Ability to teach the same to the team leads.
• Set project schedules, track progress, course correct, and ensure feedback incorporation. Guide project managers to do so where project managers are involved.
• Final call on all internal and external approvals with respect to the delivery of project
• Ability to work closely with customers, SMEs, Authors, Programmers, Designers and Media producers
• Develop and manage vendor relations
• Ability to teach the team on how to define problems in language understandable to the development team
• Training, leading, mentoring, motivating, assigning, correcting, appraising and resolving conflicts of the team
• General knowledge of Standards IEEE, SCORM, QTI
• Knowledge of LMS, AMS, LCMS
• Ability to document planning, development, implementation and closure phases of project
• Use of MS Project or other project management tools
• Should process strong Communication skills
