Instructional Designer –  5 Positions

Qualification:   Any Graduate or Diploma (Candidates with MA in English are preferred)
Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in Instructional Designing

Job Requisites:

• Analyze audience, content, and technology components
• Analyze learning styles and learning material
• Analyze gaps, determine cause, recommend action
• Define goals, standards, learners, and learning outcomes
• Select and apply apt learning model with various instructional strategies,  theories and activities
• Assess instructional effectiveness
• Knowledge of instructional theories and practices
• Sequence instructional and assessment material
• Collaborate with SME, Writer, and Interactive designers
• Knowledge of graphic design standards, content standards, LMS, AMS, Collaboration tools
• Knowledge of IEEE, QTI standards
• Knowledge of information architecture and Usability principles
• Ability to map content to appropriate media elements
• Should have effective English speaking, writing and presentation skills
• Demonstrate Excellent interpersonal skills
• Select and recommend instructional media and strategies
• Communicate effectively by audio-visual and written form
• Develop performance measurement instruments
• Evaluate instruction, program and process
• Should be able to interface with cross functional teams
