Position: Team Leader--Asp.net / C#.net  [1 No]
Location: Mumbai

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

Experience:

• Overall experience of 4-6 years as a technologist
• Experience in mentoring and leading teams of 5-10 individuals
• Experience in handling multiple projects (2-3) using ASP.NET, C#.NET with a fixed team
• Experience in developing with XML, XSLT and web services is a must
• Experience in developing with one of the following database systems is a must
  
  1. Oracle
  2. MYSQL
  3. MS SQL 2000/2005

Skills Required:

• Should be able to independently take responsibility of project deliverables
• Should be able to assist the Project Manager in communicating with customers.
• Should have good oral and written skills
• Should be able to draft System Requirement Specifications and Details system design documents for projects
• Should be able to develop and write test plans and test cases
• Knowledge in eLearning would be an added advantage.

• Should be able to interact with customers to gather requirements in the early stage of projects with the project managers
• Should be able to assist Project Managers/Solutions Architect in estimations during the pre-sales stage
