Position Title: Lead Technology – Software Development
Reports to: Technical Head
Location: Noida
No. Of Positions – 6 no.s

Position Description:

• To lead technical efforts to perform and work in multiple technologies like .Net,PHP etc
• The incumbent will be also managing the progress of projects, support and guide/lead the team members.
• This position will have to play a rounded role.
• The person must be familiar with hands-on coding in any one technology.
• Familiarity with domains including Content Management Systems, LMS, Assessment Engines, Web Applications, eLearning Simulations and Games, eLearning Standards will be considered as pluses.
• Object Orientation Skills for Technical Planning is a must.
• Good communication skills
• Workflow planning and management

Required Skills/Background:

• Should have at least 4 years of experience in any of the technology.
• Good with logical and analytical skills

Desired Skills/Background – if any:

• Understanding of e-learning context and work
• Good background in Technology
• Ability to take pressure/ stress

Education/Certification Required:

• Any Graduate
