Position Title: Lead Graphic Designer
Reports to: Vertical Head
Location: Noida
No. Of Positions – 4 nos

Position Description:

• Should have good visualization skills
• Should have had good experience in user interface design- especially for web-based applications/ content and should have strong hands-on skills and willingness to work on the ground.
• To integrate various graphical elements to develop a lay out and provide implementation inputs to the System Architect, Content Designers and Instructional Designers
• Should have good communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Required Skills/Background -

• Should have 3-6 years experience.
• Should have expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Macromedia Flash MX.
• Knowledge of Flash Scripting will be an added advantage.
• Skills on illustration would be added advantage.
• Should have good analytical skills with an eye for detail.
• Should have good documentation skills.
• Should be comfortable understanding the written specifications as well as developing them.

Desired Skills/Background – if any

• Understanding of e-learning context and work
• Ability to take pressure/ stress

Education/Certification Required

• Any Graduate
