eNyota Learning (eNyota is pronounced as N-Yota) is an organization focused on delivering quality eLearning solutions (Web-based or CD-based courses) to clients worldwide. We help our clients create new eLearning courses or convert their classroom training courses to eLearning. Our clients include corporate clients, training and eLearning providers, and publishing companies in the US, and the Asia-Pacific region. Our office and development center is in Pune (Koregaon Park).

Our Requirements
We are looking for Instructional Designers with varying levels of experience to join our team and design and script eLearning courses. Profiles of candidates for these positions are provided below.

Position: Instructional Designers (Code – ID)
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

Job description:

• Interact with client stakeholders and analyze training requirements
• Analyze target audience profiles
• Define learning objectives for courses
• Analyze content and identify content gaps
• Interact with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather content
• Create course outlines
• Develop the instructional and assessment strategies for a project/course
• Document design and writing specifications and guidelines
• Provide inputs to the visual design team and programming team for the development of course GUIs, design guidelines, and programming specifications
• Lead a team of Instructional Writers and provide training on project requirements and guidance through constructive reviews of their output
• Schedule work for projects and your team to ensure overall project schedules are met
• Review developed courses to ensure quality of the final output is as per the clients’ requirements

Profile of the candidate (must have):

• 1-3 years of experience working as an Instructional Designer or Content Writer in an eLearning company
• Working knowledge of Instructional Design concepts and theories
• Extensive experience with storyboarding for various types of courses on various subjects
• A good command over the English Language (both spoken and written)
• The ability to learn new subjects and grasp new concepts quickly
• The ability to work independently as well as work in teams
• The ability to plan own work and adhere to project schedules
• Working knowledge of computers, especially MS Office software (Word, PowerPoint)

Desirable skills:

• Ability to train people from other non-eLearning domains if required
• Plan, document, and successfully execute timelines
• Experience with reviewing storyboards and courses
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Visio
