Position Title: Instructional Designer
Location: Chennai, India

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Leading Instructional Design on e-learning projects based on level of expertise and experience.
• Support projects with overall e-learning expertise.
• Create design document based on client requirements.
• Coordinate with client for content/design specific deliverables.
• Set standards for preparing, reviewing and delivering quality output for clients.
• Evaluate performance, competencies, training needs specific to the project and provide actionable feedback.

Qualification:

• Graduate or Post graduate in Mass Communication / English / Journalism / Education / Education Psychology / Instructional Design
• 3+ years of experience in Instructional Design on courses with capability to do reviews.
• Sound experience in creating relevant, engaging and interactive content for e-learning projects in the capacity of Instructional Designer.
• Experienced individual with excellent writing skills for WBTs, ILTs, and Online courses.
• Good understanding of Learning Theories, ID strategies, constructivism.
• The candidate should be aware of issues related to re-usability of learning objects.
• Proficiency in English language, Storyboarding and Time management.
• Should be an active team player with a flare to support, recognize and acknowledge peers.
