The Position: You will be required to perform all necessary activities to design, create and maintain quality e-learning products through the specialist skills and knowledge in instructional design, consultancy, effective use of authoring and graphic design technology and e-learning delivery. Perform task analysis and training needs analysis. Based on the outcome prepare a plan to meet the gap. Design an overall instructional strategy for the course, bearing in mind the nature of the learning objectives, the target audience and accepted principles of adult learning. Develop and test course content to meet the agreed specifications.

Experience and Qualifications:
- Degree in Instructional design
- Minimum 5 years experience in instructional design and development or on-line training design.
- Must have an in depth knowledge of educational learning theories, models and taxonomies and principles of adult education.
- Comprehensive knowledge of current instructional theories and principles applicable to both web-based and ILT instruction.
- High level of expertise with software that facilitates the design of instruction (storyboards, flow charts, assessments, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of streaming audio and video, compression methods, file types, and formats and familiarity with graphic design elements appropriate for online instruction.
