Position Title: Sr. Instructional Designer

Experience: 3-8 years of experience with a post graduate degree in English, Instructional Design, Mass Communication or Journalism.
Skill Set:
- Good visualization skills for presentation of concepts
- Sound knowledge of Instructional Designing theories and models.
- Experience in use of media such as graphics, illustrations, photographs, audio, video, animations
- Previous experience in e-learning and web-related technologies
- Understanding of assessment methodologies and techniques
- Ability to work with different individuals /professionals (SMEs) from different backgrounds
