eNyota Learning (eNyota is pronounced as N-Yota) is an organization focused on delivering quality eLearning solutions (Web-based or CD-based courses) to clients worldwide. We help our clients create new eLearning courses or convert their classroom training courses to eLearning. Our clients include corporate clients, training and eLearning providers, and publishing companies in the US, and the Asia-Pacific region. Our office and development center is in Pune (Koregaon Park).

Our Requirements:
We are looking for Programmers (Flash), with eLearning background, to join our team and help us design high-quality interactive courses. Profiles of the candidate for these positions are provided below.

Position: Flash Programmers

Job Description:

• Understand client eLearning requirements and developing a technical plan to implement these requirements for CBT or WBT courses
• Create the technical architecture for eLearning courses using Flash, Action Script, and XML
• Develop a template driven development model for building courses that allows for re-use of assets and build efficiency
• Ensure that the course complies with standards such as SCORM and AICC
• Should be able to test courses for integration with Learning Management Systems (LMS), troubleshoot, and resolve issues
• Researching new tools and technologies that are relevant to eLearning and authoring of courses
• Documenting, conducting test trials with new tools and technologies and implementing them in a development/production environment
• Pursue efforts to improve the technical standards within the company as far as eLearning technology is concerned to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Profile of the candidate:

• Must have 1-3 experience in the eLearning industry (developing CBTs and/or WBTs)
• Should be able to communicate effectively (using both verbal and written English) with internal teams to communicate ideas and requirements
• Should have worked as a Flash Programmer and worked with Project Managers, Graphic designers to implement the technical architecture for WBT or CBTs.
• Should be able to plan out your work, document technical standards, and execute as per timelines
• Ability to learn new tools and technologies
• Ability to train people from other non-eLearning domains, if required

Technical knowledge required:
Essential knowledge:

• Macromedia Flash (ActionScript 1.0 and 2.0) - Advanced level (Between 2- 3 years hands-on experience at least)
• JavaScript - Advanced level (Between 2- 3 years hands-on experience at least)
• E-Learning Standards like SCORM and AICC - Advanced level (Between 2- 3 years hands-on experience at least)
• HTML, DHTML, XML - Intermediate level (Between 2- 3 years hands-on experience at least)
• ASP/JSP interaction with Flash - Intermediate level (Between 1-3 years of hands on experience)

Preferable knowledge:

• Authoring tools like Lectora, and Macromedia Captivate etc.
• Basic to Intermediate knowledge required but not essential
• Macromedia Director - Preferable but no essential
• Background and experience with hardcore programming languages will also help
