Position: Senior Instructional Designer, Macro Design
Location: Bangalore

Qualification:

• Masters Degree from reputed institutions in communication, design, literature, cognitive psychology and/ or Any Degree with prior experience in content creation

Experience:

• 4-10 years of work experience
• Portfolio of 15-30 eLearning projects
• Independent exposure to Customer
• Independently conducts Training / Analysis Events
• Teaching experience or corporate training experience preferred.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Knowledge of instructional design theories.
• Sound knowledge of the training business, Edutech’s business and focus on performance.
• Generalist understanding of how businesses determine priorities, specifically training priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Leadership skills.
• Ability to get the big picture by just scanning through content
• Ability to extrapolate when there are gaps in information
• Customer facing skills, abilities to conduct events.
• Strong team working skills to operate effectively in multi-functional teams
