Position: Senior Instructional Designer, Micro Design
Location: Bangalore

Qualification:

• A bachelor’s or masters degree in any field. Technical education in subject matter of instructional design preferred.

Experience:

• 4-10 years of work experience
• Portfolio of 15-30 eLearning projects
• Customer interaction (independent)
• Experience in any publishing industry is preferred

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• General design terminology methods
• Generalist knowledge of writing for various media, scripting, video, animation...
• Knowledge of metrics.
• Excellent communication and interaction skills to deal with a wide variety of people in the project context.
• Strong review skills which should include the ability to efficiently identify errors, deviation from design intention, ambiguities etc.
• Strong ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in the various documents. Ability to identify missing information and source it proactively
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills which involves identifying the underlying principles, reasons, or facts of information by breaking down information or data into separate parts.
• Basic project co-ordination skills – estimation, planning etc.
