Position: Sales Coordinator
Location: Chennai
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the BU Head in the lead management activities and qualifying and process leads to pass it on to the Business managers to close on those opportunities.
- Support BU team with well-timed responses to trials, quotes, renewal notices, proposals, RFPs, tenders and follow up on pending quotes, renewals, orders, deliveries etc with the clients.
- Understand and follow principal’s and client’s process for order placement, invoices, deliveries and payment and comply with processes.
- Send periodical and timely update to sales team on product updates, new product information etc.
Qualifications:
- Should be a graduate and have a minimum of 2 years experience in a sales support role.
- Maintain excellent response time for customer requests.
- Good communication skills, numeric and analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Office tools
