Qualification:

• A bachelor’s or masters degree in any field. Technical education in the subject area of instructional design preferred.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• General instructional design terminology and methods
• Generalist knowledge of writing styles for various media, including audio, video, and animation.
• Excellent communication and interaction skills to deal with a wide variety of people in the project context.
• Strong review skills which should include the ability to efficiently identify errors, deviation from design intention, ambiguities etc.
• Strong ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in the various documents. Ability to identify missing information and source it proactively
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills which involves identifying the underlying principles, reasons, or facts of information by breaking down information or data into separate parts

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the CRM implementation at Edutech including requirements gathering, configuration, data migration, training and communication.

Skills and Qualifications:

• A good understanding of technology and its utilization for improving business processes and analytics.
• Business acumen including a good sense of how a CRM application can be utilized to improve business processes and the bottom line
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a team oriented sales – driven environment
• Excellent verbal, written communication skills and influencing skills
• Ability to multi task, time management, and tendency to handle urgent interrupts with poise and professionalism
• Good working knowledge in salesforce.com CRM is preferred.
