Position: CRM implementation Specialist
Location: Chennai or Bangalore
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the CRM implementation at Edutech including requirements gathering, configuration, data migration, training and communication.
- Provide business analysis through metrics and analytics from CRM to management
- Create and maintain project plan and documentation of processes.
- Continuously define and streamline the internal process with a view to optimum utilization of the CRM.
- Communicate internally with stakeholders to ensure adoption is high and ensure required level of utilization in all departments/units/regions within the Edutech Group.
- Report project status, progress and CRM utilization to the management on a regular basis.
- To market, sell and service a Higher Education CRM with Edutech client base.
- Stay updated on relevant knowledge, skills, products and systems in order to manage processes effectively
Skills and Qualifications:
- A good understanding of technology and its utilization for improving business processes and analytics.
- Business acumen including a good sense of how a CRM application can be utilized to improve business processes and the bottom line
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a team oriented sales – driven environment
- Excellent verbal, written communication skills and influencing skills
- Ability to multi task, time management, and tendency to handle urgent interrupts with poise and professionalism
- Good working knowledge in salesforce.com CRM is preferred.
