Position Title: Project Manager
Qualification:

• E-Learning Content Development experience
• Graduate in any stream
• Post Graduation in Business Administration is an added advantage.

Experience: >3 years as Project Manager (Must have led Cross functional Teams)
Location: Hyderabad

Job Description:
To manage multiple projects:

• Development projects as per the signed up SLA’s and productivity commitments.
• Responsible for operational tasks like coordination, workflow management, resolving technical conflicts, scheduling, tasking, documentation
• Monitoring projects through schedules and reports
• Responsible for delivering projects to time, quality and within budgets
• Ensuring compliance to C&K’s quality systems and processes
• Communication with team and client
• Responsible for team motivation and productivity

Required Skills/Background:

• Well rounded understanding and experience with e-learning content development
• A strong leader who can manage people with diverse skills
• Good English writing and articulation skills
• High energy and motivation
• A high sense of responsibility and commitment
• High degree of familiarity with tools - VSS/ Mpp/ Bug tracking tool/
• Ability to learn quickly
• Workflow planning and management
• Familiarity with domains including LMS, Content Management Systems, Assessment Engines, Web Applications, eLearning Simulations and Games, eLearning Standards will be considered as a plus.
