Position: Project Leader (eLearning Projects) [2 Nos]
Location: Mumbai

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline and/or MBA with 2 years experience in managing eLearning Projects OR any graduate with eLearning functional experience (like Graphic Design, Instructional Design) of around 3 years and Project Management experience of 0 to 2 years. People from functional background moving to Project Management should have excellent people management and communication skills.

Experience:
In handling multiple projects which involve at least 2 of the below mentioned areas:

• Development of online courseware
• CD ROMs
• Learning Management Systems like Blackboard, Angel, WebCT, eCollege, Sakai, Moodle
• eLearning standards like SCORM, IMS
• Flash application development in eLearning
• eLearning applications build in .net and Java
• Experience of managing projects for US or UK based Publishing Companies (Publishers like Thomson, Pearson, etc.) and Universities will be an added advantage.

Skills Required :

• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office with competencies in Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Projects
• High on analytical and logical skills
• Ability to manage and motivate multi functional teams
• Ability to manage client and client expectations
• Should be good at requirement gathering, understanding, and documentation of FSDs, Project Plans, etc.
• Exposure to CMMI level 3, 4 or 5 processes will be an added advantage.
• Should have a thorough understanding of project life cycle models (waterfall, agile, etc.)
• Should have an experience of managing teams of graphic and visual designers, instructional designers and programmers.
• Should have managed projects for US or UK based customers
• Should have basic knowledge about the eLearning industry.
