Job Title: Senior Content Integrator
Responsibilities/Authorities
- Facilitating and managing all Content Analyst (CA) processes effectively – should be familiar with all work processes
- Understand the business function of the assigned DTEs and charter of the DTE Capability Development Team
- Ensure content architecture is consistent with CUSTOMER standards
- Manage maintenance of all content on all home pages where more independent action/thinking is required (update links, mine for new content, work with CUSTOMER KM leads to ensure content is current/accurate; work with CUSTOMER KM leads to develop new pages for new strategic content areas; work with CUSTOMER leads to harvest new content for key subject pages, retire content and pages as appropriate)
- Manage development of CUSTOMER KM newsletters (KM Alert, Watch, etc)
- Ensure Quality Assurance of CAs work
- Report status regularly to Shared Services Ops Lead/CUSTOMER lead; contribute to scheduled Performance Scorecard and other measurement processes
- Establish and maintain relations with clients and reach out for additional work
- Coaching and mentoring junior team members; helping direct Content analyst with tasks; performance management of content analysts
- Assist in recruitment/training of resources
- Lead cross-team initiatives requiring expertise in one or more processes
- Assist the SS Team Lead in activities relating to management of the team and Continuous Improvement
PROCESSES
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Human Performance, Information Design or Knowledge Management related fields or equivalent experience.
- MBA or equivalent degree
Work Experience:
- 5-6 years experience, of which 24 months should be in content management/knowlede management
- Academic or practical training/learning industry experience acceptable
- Demonstrated experience in working with Microsoft web tools/platforms.
- Supervisory experience (supervising 8 or more people) required
