Job Title: Content Analyst
Responsibilities/Authorities
- Understand basic business model of DTE
- Maintain content to improve user interaction on internal websites and homepages
- Perform all document administration activities (dbase maintenance and update, document/home page maintenance and update) for CUSTOMER topics.
- Maintain all content on all home pages where less independent action is required (update links, mine for new content, work with CUSTOMER leads to ensure content is current/accurate and to develop new pages for new strategic content areas; work with Content Integrators to harvest new content for key subject pages, retire content & pages as needed)
- Develop/support creation of CUSTOMER KM newsletters (KM Alert, Watch, etc.)
- Report status regularly to Content Integrator (CI)/CUSTOMER lead; contribute to scheduled performance scorecard
- Pro-actively support content collection efforts for given subject areas (as directed by CUSTOMER lead)
- Encourage others to share ideas to develop team cohesion
- Identify barriers that prevent effective teamwork
- Respond to ad-hoc request for given subject area as required
- Work with CI to identify new activities and improve processes
PROCESSES
Qualifications: Any Graduate (min 10+2+3) , Diploma Guys with 10+2+3 edu only.
Work Experience:
- 2.5 plus years of experience in content management/content development
- Demonstrated experience in working with Microsoft web tools/platforms.
Knowledge/Skills Requirements:
- Customer Service
- Knowledge of Web Interfaces and tools
- Presentation, communication
- Understanding of HTML and XML
- Knowledge of Internet and its use
Competencies:
- Substantial exposure to Knowledge management and content management processes
- Self-Starter, conscientious
- Knowledge delivery tool design and development
