Job Description
As a Senior Flash designer. Lead, your responsibilities would include:
- Interacting with the clients
- Understanding clients requirements
- Leading a team of flash programmers/ designers on a project
- Ensuring timely delivery of the project
- Technical QA/QC
Desired Profile
An ideal candidate would have strong communication skills and ability to lead a team along with 3+ years experience in using Flash as a design tool for developing e-learning courseware. The candidate would have to be proficient in:
- Flash MX
- Minimal knowledge of action scripting would be an added advantage
- Knowledge of SCORM/AICC and accessibility would be an added advantage
