Knowledge Horizon has opened a branch in Pune, India to develop e-Learning courseware for training adult and K-12 learners.

Job Title: Graphic Designer
Level: Officer
Nature of Employment: On Payroll
Location: Pune, India

Minimum Requirements:

Experience:

• 3 - 4 years of e-learning experience.
• Must have experience in using design principles, interface design and creation of illustrations, animations and conceptual graphics.

Education: 

• BFA/MFA/GD Art/Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in visual design/graphic design

Knowledge:

• Must have sound knowledge of visual and interface design for e-Learning courses and print material.
• Should be able to interpret e-Learning storyboards in order to create accurate and creative visuals and animations
• Must have good conceptualization skills to convert text into a visual format.
• Should be able to conceptualize and create animations.
• Must have sound knowledge of visualizing and designing interactivities for development.
• Should be able to integrate voice-overs into e-Learning courses.
• Knowledge of 3-D animations is an added advantage.
  

Skills:

Should have experience in using the following software:

• Flash, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, Sound Forge, Corel Draw, Xml (Added advantage),Dream weaver (Added advantage),JavaScript (Added advantage)
  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop graphics and animations in Photoshop and Flash
• Design and develop interface for e-Learning courseware
• Review e-Learning courseware from a design perspective
• Develop design specifications for courseware and other graphic material
