Minimum Requirements:

Years of e-Learning Experience:

• Instructional Designer: +2 years
• Sr. Instructional Designer: +4 years
• Manager - Instructional Design: +7 years

Education: 

• Graduate/Post Graduate (any subject), preferably in English or Journalism. 
• B.Ed / M.Ed/ B.E., MCSE, diploma in computer applications (GNIIT)/Instructional Design will be an added advantage
• Diploma in computer applications/Instructional Design will be an added advantage
• An MBA will be an added advantage for manager position

Knowledge and Skills (Instructional Designer):

• Must be good in English writing and editing
• Sound understanding of instructional design models (Blooms Taxonomy, Gagne's 9 events, David Merrill’s Component Display Theory)
• Experience in mapping information and writing instructional objectives; structuring content; creating assessments for ILTs, WBTs and CBT
• Experience in coordinating with Subject Matter Experts to develop syllabus/course structures
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product delivery
   

Knowledge and Skills (Sr. Instructional Designer):

• Experience in audience analysis, developing instructional strategies
• Experience in project and team management
• Conduct reviews to ensure effective instructional design implementation and quality assurance
• Proficiency in all tasks performed by an instructional designer
   

Knowledge and Skills (Manager – Instructional Design):

• Planning and strategizing development of e-learning courses with respect to instructional design work
• Designing and developing processes to be followed by project and functional teams
• Experience in developing proposals from an Instructional Design perspective
• Experience in training, mentoring, and recruiting Instructional Designers
• Experience in designing and conducting performance appraisals of instructional designers
• Manage consistent and quality assured client deliveries across teams
• Proficiency in all tasks performed by instructional designers and senior instructional designers
