Location: Tamil Nadu. - Chennai
Position Purpose:
- Responsible for repurposing existing content for classroombased (Instructorled) and/or eLearning deliveries that adhere to product specific quality (instructional, visual, and style) specifications, timelines, and customers business requirements; participating in analysis and development events, providing support to development team members (GD, CM, MP, MD) as needed throughout each project lifecycle, and evaluating end outputs of product.
- Repurpose existing content for online and classroom delivery.
- Modifying licensed (preexisting) content that may include presentation components, activities, or labs.
- If appropriate, establish software, hardware, and class setup requirements for content.
- Producing screen images as well as providing the graphic designer with draft graphic concepts for illustration development.
- Ensuring content meets project business requirements for both print and online.
- Verify, modify or creation of Data files and examples
- Perform administrative tasks to prepare content for online delivery and downstream tasks
- Consult with BME SME and other team members
- Create Content such as Assessment, Metadata, Introduction and Summaries.
- Actively participate in internal projectrelated events and meetings
- Perform miscellaneous projects as assigned

Education and Experience:
- Any Graduate
- Minimum 1 year experience in Instructional Design, technical writing, curriculum development, teaching, training.
